The Keystone Bichon Frise Club was founded in 1999 by a group of dedicated Bichon Frise owners and breeders and is situated in southeastern Pennsylvania. However membership is open to all regardless of location. The club is affiliated with the Bichon Frise Club of America and operates under the American Kennel Club rules and regulations.
The club's goals include:
To provide information and education to novice and experienced Bichon Frise owners.
To provide educational information to the public regarding the Bichon Frise.
To conduct events according to the rules and regulations of the American Kennel Club.
To do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of the breed by encouraging sportsmanlike conduct and competition at dog shows, obedience trials, agility and tracking events.
